240G help
Hey all!
Been in town for a while and finally found an active club! I was up in Austin area before and was the vp for the site there and we were really into the coral swaps and bulk orders. Anyhow I had a tragic story apon arrival to el Paso and among thousands in losses my main tank had a panel pop on the side due to crappy movers. I was looking in vain for an acrylic specialist because I don't trust my skills on such a large scale. Anyone here know who the expert on acrylic in the area is? |

Welcome mrcyrus. and i dont know if there is a go to guy specifically on acrylic but the west side store aquarium concept deals the most with acrylic tanks and building them. So i would start there. unless anyone else has an idea ?
oh and btw how did you end up finding us ?

I was forced to setup my 40g with all of my live stock from a 4 year established 8' tank who up until that point had arrived safely. The 5" clown was the first to go which was an extremely lucky find. Even with a chiller in the 100+ weather it wasn't keeping the temp down let alone the bioload issue. As for getting help I had contacted jimmy and he said he would hold them for me but when I got here he was closed for the 4 day. I can't really continue with out drinking and I'm at work right now... |
