Tunze help please?

Hey guys a bought a used tunze 6105 a little while ago of r/c it worked great for about 2 months. Now it only seems to run for about 1-3 minutes and the fan just stops. I took the Magnet out and cleaned it and that is all it will do. Does anyone know if maybe the magnets sometimes go bad in the tunzes? Or anyone have any ideas? thanks!

You might want to post this in the TUNZE forum to get a quicker response. I am assuming you are not running it on a tunze controller?

Do post in the Tunze forum, Roger will help.

But, does the magnet( the drive assembly) spin freely on the shaft when you spin it in your fingers?

The best way to clean them is a soak in 50/50 water vinegar for an hour or 2.

Good luck! I just bought a 6105 and the motor case must have had a tiny little hole in it that allowed water to enter. The powerhead exhibited similar behavior - then it went boom! Literally.
