Actinic vs. 10,000K spectrum affect on zooxanthellae

I have a rose bubble tip anemone (RBTA) that is starting to regain its color and regrow its tentacles under newly acquired T5 lighting.

I have a standard setup of 1:1 ratio of actinic bulbs to 10,000K bulbs in a T5 lighting setup. My question is whether I should substitute out one or two of the actinic bulbs to replace them with additional 10,000K bulbs to give my anemone additional photosynthetic nourishment.

If the actinics are just there to add blue color to the aquarium I'd like to take them out temporarily until my anemone fully regains its tentacle and colors. However, I've read on various forums that actinic lighting promotos the growth of zooxanthellae.

I'm confused. Anyone that can help would be great.

IMO, replace the actinics with ATI Blue+ and replace one of the 10K's with ATI Purple+. Pure actinics are low in PAR.
