How to work the reef keeper elite wave maker?

I'm a little confused on how this work I have the mode on auto and the delay on 30 seconds.I would think this would turn off and on every 30 seconds.The pump is a tunze not sure if that matters.

The wavemaker timer is a general setting.

1. Menu -> General Settings -> Wavemaker A/B -> Wavemaker A -> 00:00:30 (30 seconds). Likewise, set Wavemaker B -> 00:00:30.

2. As an example, plug your powerhead into the second outlet of your first PC4 strip.

3. PC4 -> Ch2 -> Pump -> Wavemaker A
Night: On
Delay: 00:00:00 (no delay necessary)
Standby: SB1
If SB: Off (turns off on Standby 1, which can be used for feeding time, ignores Standby 2 which you may use for water changes as an example)
Alarm: None

Now your pump will go on for 30 seconds, then off for 30 seconds. If you plug in another pump and assign it to wavemaker B, it will alternate with your first pump.
