Invert Critter ID?

I need some help IDing these 2 guys, they are both starting to multiply in quanity and I want to make sure they are not trouble.

No clue what this guy is, I have about 10-15 visable, spongy looking guy with a single polyp sticking out:




These look like some sort of little tubeworms, I assume they are not a problem other than a nuisance to clean off front glass. Please correct me if I am wrong.
