Moving into a "bigger" tank

Good morning all.
I currently have a 24g nanocube set up. I found a 29 gallon Nanocube yesterday on craigslist that was only 3 years old with everything for 100.00. I felt that was a pretty good deal and did not want to pass it up.

I know its not much of an upgrade but I would like to transfer everything over to the larger cube.

I've had it set up for nearly two years but by no means any expert and still consider myself to be a rookie at this stuff. My question is what is the best way to transfer everything over step by step so I do not disrupt anything chemical wise I guess.

Thanks for everyone's input!!!
