I teach 2M for the navy and we teach people how to solder and repair plastic panels which are acrylic and clear. i don;t have access to my tech manual right now but we use a powder and liquid to repair them. baisicly its like weld-on with a plastic powder. it all drys clear. Just sand it smooth. Just google arcylic panel repair.

I tried some supper glue gel. It seems to be working. Took about 36 hours to dry. I am going to sand it down to a smoother surface. If that doesn't work I will order some Weldon 16

+1 on weld-on #16. You can also use weld-on #4 if you thicken it by adding ground up acrylic to make a thick toothpaste like putty.
