Is this normal??

I realized a few days earlier that my cardinal fish was going into my Sebae anemone like clown fish are supposed to. I kept an eye on him for the rest of the day and he stayed in there for like 5 more minutes after I first spotted him doing that. Do they do that for other people? Is it normal???
