Deep purple Coralline or cyano

I have changed my lights and have noticed that the Coralline algae growing in my tank has become a darker purple could this be cyano? when I take a tooth brush to the rock or background it doesn't come off at all.

I have read alot of threads were people advise the difference between Coralline and cyano is that cyano will come off the rock easily,

If it doesn't brush off then it's coraline.

Cyano is slimy and more like a blanket on the rocks. You can waft it off and suck it up easily with a siphon vac.

Cyano is also red/maroon. Sounds like you're good to go!
