Affixing rock to Starboard

I'm starting a barebottom reef and I have a rock I'm using that on its own, if the tank is bumped it will most likely topple...anyone have any suggestions on how to attach it to the starboard? Epoxy? Silicone?

Thanks!

Nothing will adhere to starboard. You could do rods to keep the rock in place?
