Will these grow Cheato?

and they fit perfectly on the back of my tank where i have my cheato basket( 2nd chamber of a biocube 29) 12x 3watt led's at 3000k. These a score do do i keep looking?

I think those are intended for general or accent lighting, so they may be very diffused. Colorwise it should be fine for growing plants or algae; so if they are not too diffused or too dim, should be fine
