new addicting hobby :)

hello reefers! i'm new to this hobby and i just wanted to introduce myself and post some pics of my progress thus far.
two years ago i had a dream of becoming a seahorse keeper. i did all the research and mentally prepared myself for almost a full year before i even had a tank because i knew i was getting myself into something everyone kept saying was "incredibley difficult.'' i knew i could do it, i know i still can... but ive become ADDICTED to the idea of a reef tank after i got some equipment and my fancy shmancy lights. so this is where i'm at so far...
60g cube drilled
30g sump with refugium
a hand-me-down protien skimmer from my friend Dylon (some of you may know as Protienshake) which i will be upgrading eventually
hyperflow 10HF return
24'' marineland 10,000k white, 460nm actinic blue LEDs
and several Truelumen actinic LED set on my night timer.

Haha yes almost, I'm trying to make the fuge interesting for my Sally lightfoot. I don't want him to get bored since I had to remove him from the main tank. He was stressing out my mushroom. I'm hoping to add some zoas to the display sometime next week

since my fish are so tiny, I'm having trouble feeding them without creating a ton of waste. I feed frozen mysis, which I cut into tiny fractions. It seems to help a little. Any advice?

Im still new so i dont know a whole lot involving feeding but what kind of fish do you have? Maybe instead of dumping all the food your feeding at once add a little at a time over a few minutes so the fish dont miss alot of it

That's what I've been doing. I just have some messy babies

I have 2 green chrimis and a blue hippo tang no bigger than a quarter. They're all buddies. So cute.

adding a little at a time is a good idea.
thats what i do, and all the pellets get eaten.
