Noticed a few of these little things on my glass today. Any ideas as to what they are and if they are safe??

Looks like some kind of pod. Take a look at the top where the eyes would be. If it has tiny black eyes it's probably a parasite (Cirolanid Isopod). If not it's probably benign.

Do you have better pics? Do they in fact have legs? It looks like they do, but if not they look kinda like stomatella snails....
