powerhead help

Hi all, I have a 20 gallon hexigon tank thank i have converted to salt water. I am using a regular filter and lighting at the moment, will upgrade at a later time; my question is... what size power head should i get? i see many different size and not sure what to buy, suggestions????

Is this a fish only tank or reef? For a fish only tank a total of about 10 times your display tank (200 GPH for you) is fine. If you are planing on a reef tank 20 times and if that tank will house SPS coral 40 times.

Instead of making a new thread I'll just ask here: should the powerheads be pointing into the rocks or around them?
