You hardly every see those for sale. My old LFS had two if them in the 240g display tank. They told me these little weenie fish need a huge open tank, and then explained they grow to over a foot. I have never seen them bigger than 2-3 inches though so maybe they do not do well in aquariums?

Very nice looking fish... i know I have never seen one anywhere. I would have remembered seeing one of those.
