Advise please.

Purple firefish in quaranteen 3 weeks and now has blotches on top of head where the purple is, now looks 'marbled' purple and white and also looks like small area of skin hanging loose further back on the head and one eye looks cloudy. Eating ok-no white spots visible but occasional jerking movment.
Bare tank bottom. Have quickly read through stickies but need quick opinion if possible so I can get some releif for the fish asap. Thank you. Sorry no pic.

Wow doesn't sound too good what are the specs of the quarentine tank?

Do a fresh water dip to get some relief. Cloudy eye could be an indication of flukes. If worm falls off during fresh water, Do parzi pro treatment. Skin peeling could be a bacteria infection.

PH 8.2 AM .25 NI .25 NA 0 I make regular water changes-these readings have been constant for several weeks.
