LED Lighting Upgrade Advice...need it!

Hey folks,

I'm currently running a fairly new (bought new and have ran it for two months) Marineland Reef-capable LED setup on my 30 gal Cube (18''x20''x18''; LxWxH), but I'm really not happy with the light spread or the coral coloration whatsover. It's a nice, compact light, but the colors are el crapo.

Anyway, I'm looking at the AI Nano as a replacement for this light, but was also considering a second Marineland reef light...that, however, does not alleviate the poor coloration.

So far, the AI Nano seems to be the best option for a lighting upgrade, but I was hoping to get some other options from this forum.

Alrighty guys, hit me!

Thanks,

-Matt

I really like my AI SOL, what is your time frame and budget? I ask because AI is releasing the Vega this month and also a single Radion would be killer on that size tank.

Donkey,

I'm fairly open when it comes to the time frame, but sooner rather than later if I could. Do you happen to know when they are going to release the Vega? What are it's selling points vs the nano? I'll have to check out the Radion too...I have heard some good things about it.

Vega's are going to be shipped to the retailers in the next few days. At least that's what AI says.
