Most likely to bully others: Purple or Powder Blue Tang?

I'm having somewhat of an argument with a fellow reefer. A friend of ours has a very large tank (300g), which has a variety of fish including 6 line wrasse, blue girdled angel, flameback angel, royal gramma, rabbitfish, blue damsel, and a heniochus butterfly. He wants to add a tang, either purple or powder blue. He will go with whatever is less likely to give him aggression issues down the line, for that reason he's adding the tang last. What advice would you give? Purple or Powder Blue? Purple tangs tend to be nastier, though powder blue gets larger. What do you think?

I have 3 tangs and i think that each fish has a different personality, some are more aggressive than some. even after months and in one case a year they will still fight eachother or some clowns.

That's what I thought as well, just by size alone.

Typically, the pbt is the more aggressive of the two, but it depends on the individual fish. Your friend shouldn't have problems in the 300. He probably could add both if he put them in at the same time.

I suspect not in a 300?

this guy doesn't like problems, so after he heard us debating about it, he ended up deciding he prefered a Blue Tang, which he had initially discarded because he didn't want people making "that's the fish in Nemo" comments, but prefered it over possible issues.
