You need to figure out what piece of equipment is leaking stray voltage and replace it. Usually a powerhead or heater is the culprit. Unplug them one by one until the voltage goes away.

Can also throw a grounding probe in there too

Adding a grounding probe is good insurance as long as you remove the faulty hardware. Properly functioning equipment does not leak stray voltage into the water.

get a voltmeter(instead of using your had to check for electricity), turn it on to measure voltage, unplug equipment one by one, except light. pay attention to meter and see when voltage drops to 0 when you unplug something. Voila!

Everything will induce a voltage into the water. Unless it is 120 volts, it is fine.
