How soon CUC?
my tank has been cycling for 1 week with 25lbs of Manado live rock from PA, my spec grav is steady at 1.027, and temp is steady at 79.5, I have been adding a small amount of Bionic calcium 2 part. I will get a test kit this weekend, my question is should I be running my skimmer now, or wait for later on with fish, and when can I add a CUC, and any recommendations on the type of CUC. I will move slowly into easy corals, but am in no hurry.

There is no need to be dosing the tank at this point. Running the skimmer at this point is debatable, you can if you want to. As soon as ammonia and nitrites are reading zero you can start adding CUC. Was the LR from PA cured? If so then your initial cycle may be pretty quick.
