Ph probe/tiny bubbles leak??
My calcium reactor was leaking the other night from the probe holder. Shut it down for the night and looked at it today. When I connected it it felt a little sticky where the wire goes in, I didn't think anything of it. I wrapped some tephlon around it and reinstalled it. I turned it up and I can smell rotten eggs. I figured it was the water that was left in the reactor for the night. Upon further review I noticed small bibles rising in the probe. I was wondering if my probe was actually leaking and not the holder? I was wondering if anyone had seen bubbles in the probe, and what is in the probe if it did leak in my tank. I have been running carbon and everything looks ok.
Thanks in advance Derek |

I don't think that's possible. Can you get a picture?

I tossed it out. it was tiny bubbles flowing up. The tank looks fine. It looked like all the fluid was in the probe, but I'm not sure what was going on.

There should be some bubbles flowing up. This is CO2 gas.
