lighting help

I have a 55gal tank FOWLR. Currently, I don't have any light on my tank. Where I have my tank there is a lot of natural lighting in the daytime. I just set up my tank for about 10 weeks. I want to keep my tank as FOWLR for about a year than I start to add anemone and coral. I want to get some lighting for my tank but not sure what type of light should I get. Please gave me some advise on lighting and what type of light should I get to suit my tank.

Thanks
