Nh3

I'am currently trying to cycle a tank using shrimp. On average how high does the nh3 get during the cycling process? Also what temperature are you running your tank during the cycling process?

The ammonia level will vary widely from tank to tank. Some people start up with ultra good live rock and never see any. Others might see numbers up to 5ppm or more.

How long did it take for your tank to get to 4ppm?
