Ambiance Lighting in office

Ok I am looking to start up my 3rd reef tank in use. I want to bring it to work. Im looking to have a nano 10g tank sitting on my desk. im goingto be running a Marinelade Magnum 350 pro.... yes i know its over kill but i had it laying around and I dont have much space under my desk and its quiet.

Unfortunatly I dont have a office where all the lights go off, my desk sits in the open and at night all the lights go off except a few here and there for emergencys and where I sit theres one that stays on and gives some light in my area.

My question is since there is always going to be light in my area at night can that stress my fish out? Im looking to keep 2 clown and a small rose bubble anemone. I am experenced with anemones ive had one in another 10g tank before.
