Probe placement?
So I have my apex jr and looking to start setting it up but wondered what do you do with the probes? Do they just lay in the sump? I see where you can buy a probe holder but I hear they don't fit most of the apex probes so not sure what to do?

u can buy probe holders. and i keep mine in the sump but top 1-2" out of the water. meaning probe is 75% inside the water 25% above the water.
i have these 2 different brands in my sump right now. http://www.saltysupply.com/Sea-Side-...FQXhQgodzxkATA http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_viewit...Fad7Qgodhn0AfQ both are good.

Use the probe holders and place them in an area that has a pretty constant yet even flow. I prefer not to put mine in turbulent areas of my sump.
