AI Vega questions

I jumped into the LED pool yesterday and picked up two AI Vega color units. I went home and unboxed one unit and was very surprised that there was no basic setup instructions. It refers me to the AI website, and I still can't find a PDF or any type of printable manuals. I looked at the Vega owner thread and didn't see anything on a manual or if anyone has a unofficial guide.

While unboxing, I decided to plug in one of the units. While the initial light blinded me, I did notice that only one of the white LEDs (1 out of 4) was lit up. Aren't they all supposed to light up when they are turned on and in factory setting? All my other LEDS were running at full strength.

I did notice that the LED indicator in the back was flashing Red/Green rapidly. Could this be the problem?
