New member in search of......

Lookin for a few pieces of coralline seed rock for when I'm set up. Also maybe for equipment that would be an upgrade from what I have now. If you have something I may be interested in post away!!! Anything considered

Couldn't you buy a $10 piece from your LFS?

I have heard you can seed almost any amount of rock with just 5 lbs of live rock.

I will have 70 lbs dry/base seeding with 10-15 live. Want 2 or so small .5-1 coralline covered pieces to seed also. I'm sure I could. Dave at BSL is very helpful but I haven't asked him. Checking to see if any local members want to help a new member out or give me a decent price.

I see. I would trust any local member way before a LFS.

I completely agree Brian. I've had bad experiences but not from Dave. Stand up guy and eager to share his wealth of knowledge. That's why I go to BSL 3-4 times a week. I learn somethin Everytime I step in the door. If you can't trust your LFS then what good is it?

It isn't all that bad. Some people never give you reasons why they choose "a" over "b". I have 4 in my town and 2 of them are great.

The other 2 are chain stores with employees that think they know it all.
