Lightbulb Circulation questions

I have just recently installed a 40 breeder and broke down my 75 gallon LPS tank. I used all the old equipment which includes:

Reef octopus skimmer 110
I have 2 1050 gph koralia
700 gph mag pump on a ball valve
Pacific Sun Metis CRP
ESHOPP berlin sump rated 125Gal
JBJ ATO

ANYWAY I want everyone's advice on where I should place ONE of the koralias, the other will probably be used to mix salt or something.
I am probably going to buy an ecotech mp-10 which will go on the side panel to the left.

Should I place the hydor on the back/side wall behind the rock?
if so which side? if your looking at the tank the return is on the right.
Oh yeah last thing, I am planning on making it an SPS dominated tank.

Looking forward to all inputs and will take all advice into consideration.

Its better to have 2 powerheads making a circuler motion. And i would not count the return pumps. So 2 PH's equaling around 15 timesthe tank size. You dont want any low or no flow areas for fish waste and uneatin food to collect.
