Melanurus wrasse..Opinions ..Please
I have an issue with Vermetid Snails and was wondering if this fish will take care of them? Has anyone had any luck with these fish eating these unwanted pests. As well has anyone had these fish eat there crabs and snails?

I had a small outbreak of vermetid snails in my tank. I haven't seen my melanurus actually eat any of them but the are much fewer in my tank than before. I have a few here and there so the population may have just leveled out naturally as the tank matured. I do occasionally loose a snail or hermit here and there, but without seriously harming my CUC population.
I know for a fact my wrasse wiped out the flatworm infestation I had. It's a really neat fish constantly hunting the rockwork for snacks.
