Still have white film algae

I posted about a week ago about this white/clearish looking algae. It began on my rocks, then onto my back wall. I was told it was film algae or hair algae. I don't know which one it is.... THIS STUFF HAS GOT TO GO ! It is super ugly and its getting in my sump somehow... its going throughout the filter sock. I guess it must be breaking when the drain water hits it. I was told it was due to phosphates. I added a biopellet reactor and some more CUC. The algae is getting worst. Do I need to run GFO for this as well or no ? What else can I do to get this out of my tank ?? For some reason my computer won't let me click on images codes to upload.
