Salifert Calcium Test Reading
If I had to use the full 1ml of the final solution, does that mean I have ZERO Calcium?

Not possible. You'll want to test again. If you are still having problems with the test kit after several failed tests contact Salifert and they will help you figure it out.

wait I think I am reading the test kit backwards, I now believe I should use the numbers that are left in order to determine what number to use on the chart, and math should not be evolved in the process.

Correct, if you use all the regent your calcium would be at 500ppm (which is higher than recommended).

if u used full 1ml its at 500 and u can go again and see how much more it uses. example if u use 1ml and 0.2ml more after the first one then ur at 520ish or whatever the chart says.
