on the home page there is a head loss calculator that will help you decide how much pump you need. Of the ones you listed I would go with a mag drive pump. Just a personal preference. good luck

AAAHHH sorry about that. for internal pumps I have always liked the Pond master/Danner mag drive pumps.

Not really I have never owned one. I have seen some people on here with them and they seem to like them. FWIW. You may want to post in the lighting and equipment forum. may get some more detailed feedback on brands.

i have a very similar setup with the exception of the pumping height, mine is about 4'. I have an Enheim 1260 that has been bullet-proof and ultra quiet.

I would go with the Eheim 1262 with that sized tank and 6-8 feet of head. Eheim makes great pumps, efficient, quiet and well built. There is nothing wrong with the other brands listed but Eheim is worth the extra money in my opinion.

I've got an Aqueon Quiteflow on my 90g setup with a 1" drain and a 3/4" return. Working great so far. The rise from my sump to my return nozzles is alittle over 4ft and it puts out ALOT of flow. Can't remember the exact pump but it's rated at 608gph max.

Eheim 1260/62...from experience. Spend a little more up front and it's worth it in the end. Quiet and reliable.

I'm not knocking the Eheims. I originally bought one but it came in with the plastic inlet screen broken and at the time BRS was out of stock to replace it. So I bought what was at the LFS and that was the Aqueon. I will probably buy an Eheim for my backup pump but for now I'm happy.
