300 upgrade help me choose a substrate

I will be soon upgrading my current tank which is a 120. Gallon to a 300 dd .i def want to put sand in it im just not sure what to go with so far I like the carib sea specail seafloor grade .I dont wan somethinf to fine aince I am planning on haveing lots of flow

The special seafloor is good but it takes a lot of rinsing to get it clean. An alternative is the Tropic Eden Reeflakes, this is the cleanest sand I have ever used. The grain size is excellent for high flow tanks as well.

Of course you could go bare bottom. Your eyes may not like it, but you will.

yeah, it looks white. I don't have any close ups, but you can check the grain size from the link I sent.
