led panel??

I have a 20 gallon long tank (my 2nd tank!) I don't have any coral in it, but I was looking at these led panels that have 225 1 watt leds, blue and white, in it. They are only about $30. I was thinking about trying a panel out to see what coloring they give off. My question is.... do you think they would handle soft corals? Like mushrooms?

Blue and white is obsolete. 1 watt LEDs are obsolete. Do you really need a third strike?
