identify this algae

I'm not sure what kind of algae this is. It reminds me of cyano...except it's not red. if I scoop the algae out when I'm doing a water change, it basically dissolves instead of being stringy.

What is my best method of removal? Nitrate and Phosphate are undetectable. My macro algae in my sump grows very slow. this picture is of my sump, and as you can see... this brown stuff that's growing has basically taken over that section of my sump.

Well your probably not detecting any phosphate because the algae is thriving off of it.
