My second Dragonet Pink Scooter also likes Ocean Nutritions Formula One Marine Pellet

Dragonet Pink Scooter which I bought last week - he is now also eating Ocean Nutritions Formula One Marine Pellets that fall to the bottom. Just like my previous Scooter which got pretty fat on those pellets. So it's the food.
Just letting you know, in case it's not common knowledge. I've seen quite a few dragonet scooters that were looking like starving in LFSs.

I would say you've gotten lucky. Not all scooters will take pellets.

Possibly. But I only had two of the same kind of Scooters (from different source) and both started eating the same kind of pellets, so I got lucky twice in a row.
Worth giving a try if someone owns Pink Scooter and it's not looking good as the chances of success seem worth it.

EDIT: Just noticed that he actually is actively going after those pellets watching them fall, going after them and eating, looks like he is enjoying it :-)

PIC so it's clear which kind of I'm talking about here.
That's it, good luck to all feeding yours.

Very pretty fish. Good luck with him/her.

I've got one of these too, one of my favorites. He's nice and fat from foraging in my tank, but has never shown any interest in prepared foods of any kind.

Sadly he is gone :-( Lost him and a clown when equipment failure left my tank with no aeration at all for about 24+ hours. So all oxygen was quickly gone after lights were out.

Anyway, I'm writing an update because after the incident, I thought I would pick up a Mandarin instead, and so I did. He is now in my tank for about 6-8 months and appears as fat as the RIP Pink Scooter.
Today I noticed him picking up 2 pellets, one after another. So the size and taste of these particular pellets seem to do the trick.
