coralife ph tester

I was given a coralife ph tester today seems pretty nice need some batteries and I also need PH7 buffer to calibrate it The directions say use Coralife ph 7 buffer do you know if I can use a different brand I never used a ph tester so I dont know much about them I do know pinpoint and other companies make a ph7 solution will that work

Yeah that should be fine. 7 buffer is 7 buffer pretty much from anywhere.

They want you to use their product so they can make more money, buffer are essentially all the same.
