Arrow Help - Lump on Wrasse

Hello. I purchased this wrasse several weeks ago. It was treated with PraziPro in the QT where it was for about 5 weeks. I placed it in the DT and a couple of weeks ago I noticed two white streaks on the upper side, which looked a bit like an injury. I thought it was healing, but now there is what appears to be a lump beneath the skin and one small remaining mark. Please take a look at the pics and tell me what you think. He is acting fine...tank mates include Rabbit Fish, banner fish, anthias, mandarin and a couple of clowns.
