Return pump question?

Ok folks im in the process of ordering a return pump. I have two 1" drain holes in a 75gallon tank that goes into a 29 gallon sump. My overflow is rated for 1200gph. What size return pump should I order?

I like my aquariums to be silent so I would go with something around 700 gph. That will also allow some buffer room if you stick your hand in the tank or put a large acclimation bag in there.
