-What model skimmer is it?
-Do you have a picture of the bubbles? -Any children that could have put their hands or other things in the tank? What chemicals do you dose?

My skimmer just did this, I don't know why it going crazy. It's COMPLETELY wide open, so open i took the riser tube adjuster out and no valve on the airline. I had an old valve on the airline that broke for some reason so maybe I wasn't skimming enough originally?
