Exclamation I need HELP!!

So I am going to be moving my sump into my basement. I want to eliminate pumps to cut down on electricity and heat transfer. So I bought a nice size pump that will handle 2350 GPH at 15' head. I am going to T it off and use the extra water flow to run my dual reactor and also, granted I can figure out how, my skimmer. My dilemma is how do I get air mixed in with the water for the skimmer? I asked many ppl here at my work which is sad they do not know the answer considering they are engineers for specialty slurry pumps. Haha. I attached a picture of the new setup so you can see what I am talking about. PLEASE let me know of any ideas.

You will have to use the pump that came with the skimmer unless it is the venturi model and then getting enough water pressure to it to enable the venturi to work would be very difficult. Use the pump that came with the skimmer.

What about some sort of checkvalve at a T intersection or a needle vent installed on the piping?

Is it a needle wheel or a venturi skimmer? If it is a venturi then yes you may be able to, if it is a needle wheel then no.
