Light hours ?
I pick up a set of t5 lights 2x 18W T5 HO lamps 12000K
2x 18W T5 HO lamps Actinic Blue 4x blue LED What times you guys recommend running them ? A 10 gal at the moment I have 2 true percs and a mushroom and some button polyps . |

I had my lights running for about 5-5 1/2 hours hours a day until maybe about a month ago I changed it to 6 hours a day from 1:30pm to 7:30pm and have my leds on from noon to 1:30pm and 7:30pm to 11pm.

I usually run my main lights for about 6 hours a day. (MH) The two T5 actinics I have are on for about 9 hours.
actinics 10am - 7pm MH 11am - 5pm All in all though, a photoperiod of about 8 hours should be ok. |

i think 6 hrs a day is a fair number though i run mine 8 but 6 hrs on full strength. 1 hour to ramp up and down.
