Is my tank cycled?
I set up a 92 gallon corner tank FOWLR in early-January. The tank has been running for a minimum of 8 weeks. I have 100lbs of dry rock which I seeded with some live rock. Over the past week I have been getting a decent coating of brown algae over the rock. Further, the skimmer has been consistently pulling skum out of the water. I have 2 ocellaris clowns and two blue/green chromis (had three - lost one - it never came up from the bottom to eat?). I have been consistently checking levels (PH - 8.1, amonia - 0, nitrates - has not exceeded 10, salinity - 1.20). I certainly do not want to add any more fish until I know it's safe to do so. Any thoughts?

Wait, are you asking if your tank is cycled or something else? Because, you should not have any fish in your tank until the cycle is finished first. Chromis are known to dwindle themselves down to 1 or 2. You should raise your salinity slowly to at least 1.024.
