How big of a bulkhead can I put in a 1 7/8" hole?

So basically the title says it. I have a 1 7/8 inch drain hole in the bottom of my in tank overflow. How big of a bulkhead can I use and where can I purchase it?
I have a 1" bulkhead but would like to go bigger if I can, so I don't have to worry about my tank overflowing.
