Sailfin Tang in QT. Is this normal?

Just got a Sailfin today. Dripped it for around 2 hours. Then put it in the QT tank. I have large pvc tubing for the fish.. He just is hiding behind it on the floor. I cant really see it good. Tried feeding him a little. Tried with the seaweed too, Probably doesnt know its there.

Is this normal for a new fish? Should I give it a few days before I worry?

The QT is fresh saltwater with a seeded filter pad from my DT. Ammonia is zed and ph is good. Everything looks good in it.
