New..ish Setup.
OK here is my setup, ive spent the last 3 months finishing my basement and the final part is the tank. After a very hard decision of deciding on what to do, brackish or salt water, I chose salt water.
after finally finishing the frame and support of the tank that I attached to the staircase and cemented into the ground I was finally able to put my tank up and start the frame work to build it into the wall. My setup is a pretty simple setup and is as followed. 1. 75 gallon pre-drilled tank. 2. I am not sure of live rock weight but it is what ive collected doing this hobby a few years ago, so it is all uncured rock right now. I would have to guess approximately 200-250lbs ( im horrible at guessing weight) 3. 15 gallon sump pump with 2 stage filtering in it. 4. Remore aquaC protein filter. 5 ( lights suck I broke them moving and currently awaiting new ones in mail ) Still a lot of work to do but it is coming along. Figured I would share. Thanks for viewing. |
