buying new skimmer... options?

While im getting my equipment list to upgrade to a 180 gallon reef tank. i wanted to get some input on different types of skimmers that you all use... right now i was looking at the super reef octopus 3000sss because i have the 1000sss and its pulling out lots of gross stuff.

So what others are there that have over a 220 gallon rating?
What is the price of them?
Personal option and your skimmer? good, crap, alright....

thnks guys and gals

I really like my Aqua Euro 250 Skimmer. Built like a tank and pulls out a bunch of gunk from my aquarium. Has worked well for me for 5 years now.

Two models that I have been looking at are the Diablo xs 350 and the em300 the reviews are good on both. using an ASM g1 which has been good but looking to upgrade.

After deciding to join the 21st century recently I upgraded my old Aquac 180 with a H&H internal rated at 2-400 gal and boy what a difference. I was looking at the sro3000sss to as I've got very little sump space but came across the H&H with a waveline 5000 dc pump for a lot less $. It's been running for less than a week and my 150 gal tank looks like it's had ozone through it.
I'm wrapped with it.

Super Reef Octopus 3000sss or the AquaMaxx EM300.

The AquaMaxx is a good value for the money. Those new models use the Sicce Syncra pumps with needle wheel impellers. Those pumps are used on the new Vertex Omega line, JNS skimmers, etc. They may not draw as much air as the BubbleBlaster pumps, but more air is not always better.
