Voltage regulator
Is there an in-line voltage regulator for recirculating pumps? I have a pump that's a little too strong but at the same time, a smaller pump is not enough.

I think most pumps have DC motors in which case I don't think you can regulate the speed like you suggest. This is why controllable wave pumps cost so much.
