Help with PH Sensor Arduino
Hey guys,
I'm in the process of building a reef controller, I have most of the things working already, temp, lights (with dimming), timers, relays and sockets, screen and keypad with a full user interface. So I just tried to hook up a PH sensor i found here and built (Terahz's shield) But I can't get to understand how to connect it correctly, I get a changing (in waves) reading when connecting it. So, if anyone know how to hook it up to an arduino, or have any idea or documents of a working shield that would be awsome! Thanks! |

Connect GND to either of the GND pins on the header, and +12v to the V+ pin. Make sure the GND is common with your Arduino. Connect the VPH pin from the header to an analog pin on your Arduino. It should report a voltage.
Can you describe a bit more what you mean by "changing in waves?" Do you have a working pH meter to test your probe on?
