I had a six circuit 20 amp subpanel installed by my electrician for $350. I then ran the Romex and placed the circuits where I needed for my 465 gallon. Probably spent $200 on outlets and wire running the outlets. A 100 foot roll of 12 gauge Romex is about $90 at Lowes, IIRC. GFCIs about $18 each.

I did all my own plumbing of this 465 gallon tank with a 155 gallon sump, and all told I spent over $500 on my electrical and my plumbing supplies, not including the $350 for the subpanel install.
